Dynamic pricing has been used in travel and hospitality industries for years. How we price your property is going to vary dramatically based on market demand. The nightly price of your home will always be determined by the demand for your type of home at any given time (weekdays vs weekends, time of year, local events, and other factors are all considered). Using this process prevents limited views of the market to determine price and makes it possible to increase bookings and revenue vs static pricing. We can’t change market demand, but we can always change amenities in the home to put it in higher demand.
