We charge one low, flat-rate depending on the level of hosting and management you require.  From existing hosts, to real estate investors, to second homeowners, our tiered pricing gives you the flexibility to choose the plan that's right for you.  Owners with multiple properties under management may be eligible for a discount depending on the total number of properties managed, the scope of services required and the goals of the individual owner.
