- Check-in Time: 4:00pm
- Check-out Time: 10:00am

- Self-Check-In: Guests can check in independently for convenience.

- Door Code Access: Provided one day before arrival for a smooth check-in.

- Early Check-In: May be available upon request for an additional fee.

- Check for all your personal belongings, any forgotten items will require a $50 handling fee plus shipping cost.

- Guests who stay beyond our standard check-out time of 10:00 AM will incur a fee of $50 per hour. This charge helps offset the disruption to our cleaning schedule, ensuring the property is ready and welcoming for incoming guests.

- Failure to follow checkout instructions will incur a double cleaning fee.

Early check-in fee from 12 PM to 2 PM: $75
Early check-in fee from 2 PM to 4 PM: $55

Late check-out fee:
- $50 per hour, subject to availability.

$100 fees:
- Lost remotes
- Lost keys (if property requires keys)

$250 fees:
-Excessive cleaning

(will apply to any reservation which caused excessive cleaning services to be rendered.)

$250 fees:
- Any evidence of animals/pets in our non pet friendly properties
- Any evidence of animals/pets being washed in bathtubs/showers/sinks
- Any bodily fluids from any person or animal of any kind will result in a $250 fee for each location of excretion.
