- Check-in Time: 4:00pm
- Check-out Time: 10:00am

- Your party may check out any time before 10:00 am.

- If there is not a same day booking, later check-outs may be approved.

- Please contact the host at least 24 hours prior to the proposed later check-out time.

-Check-in/Check-out dates can be found through your booking in the Airbnb App

- Communication with our Homebody Props host can also be done through the Airbnb App

- Late checkout fee is $100 per hour to compensate the next guest who is inconvenienced.

- Failure to follow checkout instructions will incur a double cleaning fee

- (Checkout Instructions can be found in each property's welcome book.)

$25 fees:
- Lost Remotes
- Stained Towels of any kind ($25 per towel)

$50 fees:
- Sheet stains of any kind ($50 per set)
- Windows left open

$100 fees:
- Late check-out ($100 per hour)
- Lost keys (if property requires keys)

$150 fees:
-Excessive trash

(Fee will be charged if bins are filled during your party's stay and the host is not contacted to make disposal arrangements before checkout)

$250 fees:
- Any evidence of animals/pets in our non pet friendly properties
- Any evidence of animals/pets being washed in bathtubs/showers/sinks

- Any bodily fluids from any person or animal of any kind will result in a $250 fee for each location of excretion.
